I help individuals to progress in their career. I coach individuals at all levels who wants to become Senior lean and six sigma coaches, lean Managers and Lean practitioners.
I also help individuals on their Lean and six sigma projects. I show them the roadmap and I work with them step by step in the project’s implementations’ phases. I coach individuals on how to become workshop facilitators.
I help and coach manager to become Lean Managers, champions and sponsors. I help them also to become Gemba walkers and Gemba coaches as well as Kata coachers.

Simple steps to be a successful Lean Six Sigma Coach (LSSC)
It all starts with a single first step.
In order to be a good LSS coach, you need to complete four steps, certification, facilitation, coaching and deployment. These four steps will provide you with the required knowledge, skills and experience to be a good coach.
1- Certification 40%
a. Attend Lean and Six Sigma Green Belts (GB) and Black Belts (BB) training programs 15%
