Course Description
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belts (MBBs) form the core of company knowledge and ongoing learning in Six Sigma. As such, they need in-depth background on core topics and selected advanced topics to be able to teach and lead others. Working most closely with company business leaders, MBBs are key contributors to the development and deployment of strategy – through Six Sigma and its integration with other work. This program prepares Master Black Belts with the added understanding and leadership tools they need to be effective in this role.

- In-depth depth background on core and advanced topics in Software and Technology, Statistics, Business Management, and Leadership

- Developing and delivering action learning (from classes to chalk talks)
- Coaching in special uses of core tools and appropriate uses of advanced tools
Extend their learning (learning more about ‘how to learn’) – continuously expanding and updating their knowledge base
- Engage with business leaders – contributing to the development and deployment of business strategy
- Communicate deployment plans and status across organization
