PPS facilitator is an important role in Lean deployment. The organization should be using PPS on daily bases. Thus, the organization should have as many PPS facilitators as possible or at least one PPS facilitator per section. It is a team effort that requires brainstorming session. One session that takes from 4 to 8 hours is enough to conduct the PPS and find solution.
