Lean and Six Sigma Projects

Lean practitioners and Six Sigma practitioners are required to implement and complete lean projects and Six Sigma projects as part of their certification program. Experience in Lean and Six Sigma depends heavily on experimenting and completing projects. Attending training and getting certifications alone will not give candidates the required knowledge and experience in lean and Six Sigma. Knowledge and experience come only with practicing, experimenting and implementing projects.
